The only house on the sand in Chacala. Our HOME along with the attached CASITA can accommodate up to 11 people.
Chacala Beach House is for the visitor who wants to stay right on the beach, stepping from the patio to the sand.
Families find the convenience of being right on the sand a great bonus. When you are right on the sand all the beach and sand toys along with outdoor shower, shaded palapa and a kitchen for beverages and meals are a great convenience.
Location
The Nayarit coastal town of Chacala is unique: year round velvet green jungles and mountains, white sandy beaches, clean blue ocean water, lush and varied plant life, ecological convergent birding zones, twelve months of SURFING, and abundant fishing and snorkeling. Chacala sits overlooking secluded Chacala Bay, surrounded by palm trees .ted with palapa restaurants. There are only about 400 residents in the village.
There is no surfing out in front on a regular basis. It is normally a swimmable bay and great for kayaking and fun boogie boarding. Occasionally the locals surf in the late afternoon out in front. The marina is a 3 minute walk and you can hire a boatman to take you to the surf spot that is a 10 minute boat ride. The boat will stay with you until you want to return. It is a stunning jungle setting you are looking at when out on the water. It is a goofy foot wave. There can be surf year round but the big waves are July through early Nov with the south hurricane swells hitting. Our caretaker Roberto has a boat and can be hired.
