We are settled in a small fishermen’s village called Imsouane, the best surf destination of Morocco.

Imsouane is a dream destination for surfing. Its orientation offers different types of waves, working with all swell directions. But it is first and foremost its bay, sheltering the longest wave of Morocco, that made Imsouane famous. There is a surf spot for every level in Imsouane, from the perfect +500m breaking wave of our sandy bay, to more shallow and technical waves on the reef side.

Beginner Surf Lessons
Everyone can learn to surf! Our experienced and qualified instructors will help you take your first wave to the shore, on a surf spot is adapted to your level. All surf lessons include all surf equipment, a warm-up session & stretching, hands-on demonstrations by the instructor, and a maximum of time spent in the water! Lessons can be taken as part of a group or Surfaddict package or extra lessons
Intermediate Surf Lessons
Improve your surfing and get the most out of Imsouane's amazing waves with our experienced and qualified instructors. All surf lessons include all surf equipment, a warm up session & stretching, hands-on demonstrations by the instructor, and a maximum of time spent in the water! Lessons can be taken as part of a group package, Surfaddict package or extra lessons.

Yoga
Our yoga retreat classes are adapted to everyone. No previous experience is needed to participate.
Taught by passionate and inspiring instructors, our classes will allow you to improve your knowledge and skills. For those who never tried yoga before, this is the perfect opportunity for you to discover a new rhythm, beneficial for the body and mind. Relax and unwind in Imsouane!
The "Magic Bay"

Famous worldwide, Imsouane’s bay needs no introduction. It is a wave ideal for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an expert. With its different sections, the wave can break on 500 meters, from the harbor’s jetty until the beach further down, when the right tide and swell meet.
When the swell is too big on the reef side, the bay offers a more quiet and easy wave. Protected by the harbor’s jetty, the bay benefit from a special environment, creating smaller and eventually less windy waves.
The Reef
Level: Intermediate

The Reef is a left to hander wave breaking just in front of the central place of Imsouane. It breaks on a rocky bottom with two sections. With small swells, this wave is accessible to all surfers, from beginners to advanced. When the swell is well orientated, it becomes very shallow and barrels form. It can withstand waves up to 2 meters.
This wave can get really fun with a medium swell (1 to 2m), where intermediate surfers can train and advanced surfers perform radical manoeuvers in the shallow sections.
The Cathedral
Level: All Levels

The cathedral is an amazing right to hander wave that can withstand swells up to 3 meters. More technical than the bay, this wave is shallow and powerful. It is however accessible to all levels when the wave is small and offers long rides to practice your manoeuvres.
With big swells, the cathedral reveals its potential, and only intermediate to advanced surfers can take on its power.
L'Oued
Level: All Levels

This beachbreak wave breaks close to the shore, in both directions, on a sandy bottom, which makes it very enjoyable. It is located at the Oued river mouth of Imsouane. Dry most of the time, the Oued carries the rainfall from the surrounding mountains to the ocean. The waves are protected by the cliff of the Cathedral and offer good surfing conditions even when windy. Easy to surf, this wave is ideal for beginners and breaks very well with small swells.

Travelled solo
How did you like the accommodation?
Great location and accommodation, the food at the restaurant was excellent and I loved the live music in the evenings. Breakfast was fantastic, looking at the garden and listening to the birds singing with the sound of the ocean. Sandycamps is an amazing place and offers lots of activities, I really enjoyed skateboarding to the central place of the village.
How were the surf lessons?
Surfing the bay was one of the best surf trip I ever had. The wave is unbelievable and water warm and clear, it felt so exotic. Instructors were very competent and made me feel like a local when surfing with them. Great experience. Always felt safe.

How did you like the accommodation?
Nous avons adoré Sandycamps! L'endroit est vraiment superbe, avec une vue magnifique sur les collines et la mer. Il y a plein de terrasses pour se détendre et bronzer au soleil, plein d'activités proposées, une super piscine. Les chambres sont vraiment très bien (on était dans la double deluxe). Et le petit dej GENIAL! On a pris des cours de yoga aussi, un pur bonheur dans cet endroit hors du temps et une prof exceptionnelle. On recommande sans hésitation.
How were the surf lessons?
Le prof de surf est gentil, pédagogue et était bien présent. C'était une très belle première expérience en surf et ça nous a donné très envie de revenir et recommencer. Imsouane est l'endroit rêvé pour débuter.

How did you like the accommodation?
Sandycamps is the ideal place for yoga. We spent the week in family and felt just like home. Sandycamps is quiet, surrounded by nature, the accommodation is really cool and well designed, nice bar to hang out at night, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the staff is very friendly!!
How were the surf lessons?
We just took one lesson and it was awesome. We loved sharing this activity in family and really appreciated our instructor Jan who was very friendly and made it so simple for us. Katrien only talks about coming back now.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Sandycamps, wirklich schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbracht.
Der wohl komfortabelste Ort für einen Surfer an der Küste und zudem ideal für Gruppen. Die Zimmer waren super schön und sauber.
Das Hotel bietet alles, exzellente Sonnenterrasse mit Pool, ein Hammam. Es gibt eine Menge AKtivitäten, billardtisch, usw.
Frühstück und das Abendessen war super lecker. Zudem wird auch Alkohol ausgeschenkt.
How were the surf lessons?
Am besten hat uns die Surfschule. Spitzen Lehrer, die nicht nur nett sondern auch sehr kompetent sind. Ich habe mich während den Surfstunden immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Meer war toll für Anfänger. Danke, für die tolle Woche! :) Es war eine Schöne entspannte Zeit. Wir kommen sicher noch mal wieder.

How did you like the accommodation?
Warm atmosphere and amazing surf spot. We’re a family of surfers and we spent 2 weeks of complete relaxation at Sandycamps, with our 3 children. Everything is simple and welcoming. The surf and yoga instructors were adorable, always available and kind. This is the kind of little haven you would keep for yourself to be sure your spot is saved for the next year!!! Thank you to everyone, we’ll be back for sure!
How were the surf lessons?
We took special surf guiding lessons rather than beginner lessons. The surf teacher Jan adapted really well to our different surfing levels and made us catch unforgettable waves. Very good times.
