The Nica X to Treme beach house is located less than a 30 sec walk to the world famous surf break Playa Colorado, the home is a compounded higher end 4 bedroom 3500 sq foot home, all rooms are casita style rooms with your own private bath and showers, swimming pool is in middle of courtyard with all rooms that open up to pool. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 8 beds.
We provide round trip airport transfers, 3 meals a day and accommodations all to inclusive for $150 per person per day
The home has 4 private casita style rooms that sleep 2 people each
We provide surfboards, surf lessons and 3 high end meals a day with your personal private chef on site
Location
We are located inside the highly secure development of Hacienda Iguana surf and golf resort, our backyard is Playa Colorado as well as Panga Drps surf spot within our gates. Two world class surf spots, we have a 1.5 mile long private beach for our guests to enjoy. We are located 30 minutes north of the closest large town of Rivas and are 1 hour north from the Costa Rica border.

The surf at Playa Colorado Beach is WORLD CLASS. Since this beach and surf is only accessible to the guests and owners at Hacienda Iguana Development or by the few lucky surfers who pay to get dropped off by boat, it remains pristine and unspoiled. This 1 1/2 mile private beach at Hacienda Iguana offers a variety of surf spots including reef and many sandbars up and down the beach.

- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
