Hostel Venao Cove was brought to life by Leaf and Irene, whose dream was to create a place that would enable them to surf every day and meet people from all over the world.
In 2009 they came to Panama. With its quirky people, beautiful wildlife and beaches full of fish, turtles and waves they found this perfect place to live and start making their dream come true...
Wake up to the sound of howling monkeys and go to sleep with the hypnotizing sound of the waves rolling onto the sand right out front.

Location
Coming to Venao you will leave dusty towns behind, entering the rolling hills of the southern tip of the Peninsula of Azuero. A curvy road will take you past cowboys and rice to fields to this beautiful beach full of sun, playa Venao surf and good times.
Hostel Venao Cove is located at the tip of the bay overlooking all of Venao Beach.

Two dorm to rooms facing the beach that sleep 8 people each.
All beds each come with an individual fan, a light, a power to outlet, a shelf and a locker.
The rooms are equipped with high to velocity ceiling fans and plenty of windows for good airflow.
There are enough toilets and showers in the shared bathroom for you to almost never have to wait around to freshen up!
Our bunks are sturdy and custom to built, you won't get woken up by your bunk to buddy climbing in or out of the bed above you. The mattresses are the real deal to no back to braking foamies in our dorms!

We have two private rooms in our main building that are especially spacious to sleeping up to 3 with one queen sized and one single to sized bed.
Nice and cool due to high ceilings and high to velocity ceiling fans, and equipped with plenty of closet space they are great for a view relaxed days at the beach with your loved ones!

Susi's Suites, as the name hints, were created for the most fastidious of our guests. The four rooms are very spacious and superbly located on a small hill, directly facing the ocean, at only 25m distance to the beach.
Two rooms (one King and one queen + single) share a large outdoor terrace and one kitchen, all of the rooms have ocean to views and of course a private bathroom with hot showers.
