Beautiful 3 story house, located less than 30 meters away from the renowned surf to spot of Señoritas.
30 sq.meters master bedroom with direct ocean to view and private bathroom as well as a humongous walk to in closet. A/C too.
2 huge terraces with an independent pool each one.
Family room, dining room, secondary family room , all with stunning direct ocean views. Without getting out of the house, you can assess Caballeros and Señoritas and decide right there which spot you wanna surf.
Parking spots for 2 vehicles.
The house can accommodate 18 guests in 6 bedrooms (only 2 of them have double beds). Other 3 bedrooms have 2 bunkbeds each, and the sixth bedroom has 1 buk bed for 2 people. ALL the bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Racks for over 10 boards. As soon as you open the front door (facing the beach) and enter the house, you'll be able to take a shower and rinse out yourself and your board.
Big kitchen available and there re several restaurants less than 1 block away where you can enjoy of peruvian's world to known typical food, and you can rest assured than is made with the freshest fish you will ever have.
Can offer also guided boat trips to different spots around where we can fish, spearfish or just watch the local marine scenery and wildlife, which includes sea to lions, penguins, a number of different bird species, otters (if we are lucky), etc. Also, for a separate price, ypu can rent 2 different paddle to boards and even a Polaris boogie to car.
Location
Punta Hermosa is a relaxed beachtown located just 30 km away from Lima. Constantly growing but still small enough to enjoy the town feeling and lifestyle.
The house is a few meters away from the ocean and close to restaurants, bars, local market, souvenir stores, etc.
Closest surf spots are : Señoritas, Caballeros, Pico Alto, Pacharacas, Playa Norte, Ulluwatu (yes, same name as the indonesian beach), La Isla, El Silencio. All within walking or biking distance.

Additional Fees:
The only additional fees would be for rentals: SUP, Polaris, Boat (fishing, spearfishing, site seeing). In case the rental is for the whole house (and not just independent rooms, which is also an option) there would also be a weekly cleaning fee.

- A small deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Your balance is due to the property 7 days before arrival. The Property will contact you to collect payment. If you book within this 7 days then the property will contact you shortly after you book to collect the balance.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
- You can cancel anytime up to 30 days before travelling and you will be refunded the balance.
